This week the foxes have been busy learning about autumn. They have been on a nature walk around the village green, where they have collected a selection of fallen leaves. When they got back to pre-school they looked at the different shapes and colour of the leaves and made pictures out of them. The children have enjoyed learning about animals that hibernate for the winter, making dark dens to see what it is like to be these animals, snuggled up in their dens for the winter. The children painted their favourite animals. Had fun making hedgehog rolls using raisins and sunflower seeds to decorate them. They have practiced their counting skills playing a game of put the spikes on the hedgehog.
