This week at Pre-school we have been learning about refuse collectors, sorting out our rubbish into the green, black and brown rubbish bins. This would not be complete without some good old junk modelling, with lots of glue and paint to hold our sculptures together. We have been role playing keeping our homes and pre-school tidy using mops, brooms and dusters.

We have been learning about sequencing, putting our sponge boats and planes in size order. Having fun at circle time with shapes and colour and counting with matching rhymes.

Pasta play has been a favourite this week, measuring and weighing the pasta. Trying to pick it up with our new tweezers so we can transfer it from pot to pot.
