We are concentrating this term on mini-beasts & growing.  The children will be reading a different book each week starting with the Very Hungry Caterpillar.  We have been investigating with soil & glitter, looking for different insects.  The children have had lots of fun enjoying some outdoor play weather permitting.  We have been over to visit our allotment & have planted our potatoes, carrots & onions.  We brought some rhubarb back which the children took home for their parents to cook.  We will be going over next week to pick our spring greens which we will eat for with our lunch at Pre-school.
