We have been learning all about Guy Fawkes this week.  The children were all very excited telling us about all the firework displays they had been to over the weekend.  It was lovely listening to them tell us all about the different colours and how loud some of the fireworks were.  The children made lots of firework & rocket pictures using lots of media and glitter.  We made some red sparkly play dough and for our cooking activity we made some chocolate meteorites and some pumpkin muffins.

The older children have had fun when going into the other room to do some ‘getting ready for school activities’.  They have been practising changing into their PE kits and taking part in PE activities, learning phonics and practising their writing & number skills.
