This week we are learning about our senses taste and smell, we have been to the allotment on a smelling walk where we have been using our noses to smell our surrounding. We collected an array of herbs from the allotment which we used at circle time to smell the different aromas and also to feel the different textures of the herbs and their foliage. 

We have been tasting, different fruit and vegetables, as well as trying sweet and savoury topping on our pancakes.

We celebrated St Patricks Day by having a green day at pre-School, we made Irish soda bread which we ate for our snack, and it had a very different taste and texture to our normal bread.
