We have been celebrating world book day this week with the children bringing in their favourite books to read, plus dressing up as their favourite characters, we have had a lot of pink princesses and super heroes, with Spiderman being a firm favourite.  

The children have been enjoying some of the traditional stories like the little gingerbread man, Goldilocks and the three bears and little red riding hood. They have been drawing, cutting then sticking the story characters onto straws to act out the stories for themselves.

Hand print pictures have been a great messy activity this week as well as dancing to Bob the builder.

Savanna brought in a game for all the children to join in and play.
