We have had another fun filled summer at Woodcote holiday club, meeting up with old friends and making new ones. The children have enjoyed bringing their bikes and scooters to zoom around the playground on, as well as participating in team games and practicing ball skills. They have had fun acting as pirates, acrobats and super heroes as they jump and bound over the tyre obstacle course. The children have loved socialising at lunch and snack times where they can tell fantastic stories about their lives. We have made many trips to the local park and allotment where the children have engaged in watering and caring for the plants. Whilst for the artistic minds, there has been an array of craft activities, with opportunities to try out their building skills with sand, boxes, bricks and modelling foam and clay. We will be running our next holiday club at Easter so look out for the dates and times for next year, we hope to see you all again.
