As I’m sure you know, Woodcote Pre-School is a registered charity which relies heavily on fundraising activities to provide income towards running daily sessions and providing equipment for your child/children.
We have a number of events coming up during the next few months that we urgently need your help with to ensure we can utilise the opportunity to generate necessary funds for the pre-school.
As a large number of children are leaving for Primary School soon we are also in desperate need of committee members. Without the committee the Pre-School would be unable to run. The committee meets every 6-8 weeks for a couple of hours in the evening. Your opinions/ideas are vital to the running of the preschool.
We have listed below the forthcoming events and assistance we require. If you are able to help, please complete the slip below and return to the Pre-School as soon as possible. Thank you.

Cakes needed!! ——————————————————- Volunteers needed for shifts between 9:30am – 1pm. Roles will include helping set up, taking turns at serving cakes, making drinks, clearing tables, washing up and clearing up after we close.

Raffle Prizes, donations welcomed (please place in donation box at pre-school)

Summer Fayre
|
12pm – 2pm: Help running a stall, details to follow. |

Friday 13pm (evening), Saturday 14th (all day) and Sunday 15th July (all day) |
Woodcote Rally
|
Marshalls needed throughout the event, minimum of 2hrs, free wristband provided which allows entry to rally at no further cost.
