We have had a spooky week at pre-school this week with all the Halloween dressing up.
We have had a witches café with on the menu dishes like slug soup, frog pie and spider nuggets. The children made their own bright orange play dough with a sprinkling of glitter. We cut out a pumpkin with the children getting to feel and touch the sticky inside. The children were curious about the pumpkin seeds and how they turn into the pumpkins from such small seeds. We ended the week with staff and children all dressing up in Halloween costumes for our parade, everyone looked fantastic with best boy going to Henry and Best girl to Savanna. The children all performed beautifully and it was a great end to the term especially with the Halloween party food afterwards.
